REGISTRATION CLOSES  ON 19^th September

GUIDELINES, RULES AND REGULATIONS

 1)    The maximum team members per team are 5.

          Presence of more than 5 people in the designated area will attract  disqualification.   
         Additional members can assist their team from outside the designated area.
2)    A minimum of 3 Teams are needed.  Teams can be based floor wise or a mix of women from different Apartments.
3)    Only natural flowers/flower petals/leaves should be used.
4)    Preferably circular shaped
5)    Use of Artificial colours to a certain extent is allowed. But majority should be natural flowers/leaves.
6)    Pre-fabricated or pre-moulded elevations are not allowed.
7)    Teams participating should inform one of the organizers by at the most 19^th Sept
8)    Pookalam competition will start at sharp 9:30 am and should be completed by 11:30 am.
9)    The premise should be vacated by 11:30 am. after cleaning up the allotted areas for the judges to assess the pookalam.

                                               JUDGEMENT & PRIZE AWARD

Cash prizes will be awarded to the 1st & 2nd winners of the competition with a award of 1000 & 500 respectively

The decision of judges will be final

Winners will be declared by 5.30 p.m.

Cash prizes will be distributed on 22 September  

The Judgment criteria (total 100 marks) will be as follows:

30 marks for design

20 marks for innovation and creativity

20 marks for combination of colors

20 marks for combination of evenness and density of colors and flowers
